The Demag TC 600 was in need of reconditioning due to several technical problems. Skailand Kranservice got the contract on all work with the technical systems. First the cabin was stripped for all old devices. New schematic diagrams were designed, by Skailand Kranservice, improved with indicator lights for all limit-switches, together with some other specialitys.
A new controll-panel was constructed, which released better spase for the crane operator. The joysticks was transferd to the chair, for better comfort.  All electric equipment, suplied from Nexans, was mounted in a new cabinett behind the control cabin. The new relays, Omron with LED indikator lights, made it possible to make a diagnosis on any error, by telephone.
