The operator's cab was made in a hurry, and the mechanician was ordered to secure the operator from falling from the cab. The result is a steel-railing, now missing from Mr. Salerno's home. Not to recomend for a cab in my latitude, but probably convenient in Panama City. It most certainly gives the operator the best possibility for keeping the working area surveyable.
