This illustration will show you how to find all force's in an unsymmetric lift without having to use any other equipment than a simpler ruler or folding rule. And the result is very accurate, of cause depended on the exactness of the drawing you make. If you use a big piece of paper, and also make the lines correct (horizontal/vertical), the result will be very near a calculated result. Try it out, I belive you will be surprised.
